Ownership: 4.3%

The Company’s activities are primarily focused on the hospital sector, where it manages its hospitals and provides medical services through outpatient clinics, specialized clinics, and inpatient departments. The Company also has other ancillary activities, including the manufacture, distribution, and trade of pharmaceuticals; hospital management and operation; specialized support services for the maintenance of hospitals and medical centers; and other investments in the healthcare sector across the Middle East, where it invests in a number of healthcare companies.

Its activities are mainly focused on industries and services related to the petroleum, petrochemical, electrical, and water desalination sectors, either directly or through the establishment of specialized subsidiaries.

Tamara

Capital: SAR 76 million

Ownership: 0.56%

Tamara is a leading Saudi fintech platform that offers “Buy Now, Pay Later” services and facilitates payment and financing solutions for purchases from various merchants in Saudi Arabia and the GCC countries. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Riyadh, Tamara enables users to split their payments into flexible installments supported by investors, and it has obtained a license from the Saudi Central Bank.

Arab Paper Manufacturing Company (WARAQ):

Capital: SAR 623 million

Ownership: 2.31%

The Company is engaged in the production of paper and cardboard rolls, marketing of paper products, wholesale and retail trade in materials, tools, equipment, and machinery related to the paper industry, as well as commercial services and wholesale and retail trade in paper, cardboard, plastic, and rubber.

Ibn Rushd (Arabian Industrial Fibers Company)

Capital: SAR 2,000 million

Ownership: 0.42%

The Company operates in the petrochemical sector. Its complex is located in Yanbu and consists of three main sections, each of which is considered a standalone plant, while all three sections complement one another.

Al-Ahsa Tourism and Entertainment Company

Capital: SAR 50 million

Ownership: 7.57%

The Company’s activities include the establishment, operation, and management of tourism projects and entertainment centers, as well as the establishment and operation of restaurants, hotels, resorts, and botanical gardens.

The real estate investment consists of a portfolio of land plots in Riyadh with a net value of SAR 121.34 million, after excluding impairment provisions.

Rawasi Gulf Real Estate Company

Capital: SAR 93.7 million

Ownership: 4.74%

Rawasi Al Khaleej Real Estate Company was established as a simplified joint-stock company. As part of the acquisition transaction between the Arab Paper Manufacturing Company and Environmental Materials Recycling Services Company (owned by the Public Investment Fund), the real estate investment owned by the Arab Paper Manufacturing Company was excluded from the transaction. Accordingly, Rawasi Al Khaleej Real Estate Company was established for the purpose of updating the real estate title deeds (five title deeds in Dammam), then selling or developing them and distributing the proceeds to shareholders according to their ownership percentages. One of these title deeds has already been updated and transferred, while the remaining four title deeds are still under legal procedures.

The Company signed an agreement for the management of investment portfolios with a number of investment firms operating in the markets. The fair value of these portfolios amounted to SAR 119,654,189.
