Rawasi Al Khaleej Real Estate Company was established as a simplified joint-stock company. As part of the acquisition transaction between the Arab Paper Manufacturing Company and Environmental Materials Recycling Services Company (owned by the Public Investment Fund), the real estate investment owned by the Arab Paper Manufacturing Company was excluded from the transaction. Accordingly, Rawasi Al Khaleej Real Estate Company was established for the purpose of updating the real estate title deeds (five title deeds in Dammam), then selling or developing them and distributing the proceeds to shareholders according to their ownership percentages. One of these title deeds has already been updated and transferred, while the remaining four title deeds are still under legal procedures.
